William Troy “Willie” Spencer, age 52, died on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah. He was born on January 15, 1969 in Boulder City, Nevada to Flossie Louana Frost and Richard LeGrand Spencer.

Willie loved growing up in the valley and made wonderful memories with his family and friends. He loved hunting, trapping, fishing and spending time in the outdoors. He was always working with his hands fixing things and making projects. Willie was an iron worker in the oil fields. He loved being in the mountains and could run a chainsaw with the best of the loggers. He helped raise the kids that would come into his life and would always give great advice. Willie was the greatest dad and the best “beer drinking buddy”.

Willie was the father of Cassie and Waylon & a grandfather to Wade William Spencer. He was a brother to Richard Spencer, Tyron Spencer, Tammy Spencer, Jennifer Kelley, Bridget Garcia, and Alyssa Stewart. He was preceded in death by his dad, Richard.

There will be a viewing at the Glendale LDS Chapel from 10:00- 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 25, 2021. Following the viewing there will be a Celebration of Life at the North Kane County Events Center 475 North State Street in Orderville, with an open microphone for sharing of memories. As per his wishes, cremation arrangements were handled by Mosdell Mortuary of Kanab.
