Wallace Scott Johnson was born October 2, 1966 and passed away at the age of 56 October 24, 2022.
Wally was born in Westminster, California to Charlene and Darrow Johnson. His family moved to Kanab, Utah in his late elementary years. He grew up loving all the outdoor activities he could get his hands on. He enjoyed fishing,, 4-wheeling, hunting, and camping. His favorite love was going to The Ranch together with his family in the summertime. Wally was the youngest of four and always wanted to tag along and keep up with his older siblings. He built “brother-like” relationships with his nieces and nephews and kept everyone in the room laughing.
Wally proudly achieved his Eagle Scout which was presented to him by his dad in 1984.
Wally also found a love in helping people and developed a moving business while in Kanab. His clients loved him and referred him to other jobs.
Wally is survived by his daughter Rebecca Marie Crane and grandson Braxton Scott Crane. His siblings Darrow Curtis, Cynthia, and Kevin (Wendy); as well as many nieces, nephews, great niece and nephews, uncles, and cousins, and aunts.
He is preceded in death by his son Orry Scott , his parents Darrow and Charlene; grandparents Della and Narvol Johnson and Norma and Jack Hamblin; nephew Damien.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022 in Kanab, Utah at the Kanab Stake Center (1435 S. McAllister Drive) at 2pm. A viewing for the public will be held at 1 pm prior and graveside services following.
