Tricia Anne Roundy (Trish the Dish), age 54, of Kanab, Utah passed away on May 13th, 2026. She was born on April 28th, 1972, in Ulm, Germany to Carol Nelson and Paul Roundy.
Tricia graduated from Kanab High school in 1990 and furthered her education at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) – California. Tricia loved her career as a server and worked at some of the most revered restaurants in the West. She began her training at Chef’s Palace in Kanab UT, and her skills eventually led her to opportunities like Nobu Restaurant in Los Angeles CA, and her most favorite, Carthay Circle Restaurant in Disney’s California Adventure. She was a master at her craft and treated every person as an individual. Tricia had a way of making everyone feel special and noticed.
She always entertained and everyone gravitated to her energy and enthusiasm. She was the wittiest person in the room and always the life of the party. She had a life full of adventure and love. By far, the greatest joy in her life was the opportunity she had to be a mother to her beautiful daughter Pfeiffer.
Tricia is survived by her daughter, parents, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, cousins and a wide circle of friends. She will be dearly missed by all of those that knew her. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Kanab Cemetery, 450 East 300 South, Kanab, UT 84741.
