Mike Spear

Michael (Mike) Spear of Fredonia Arizona, had passed away too early in his life from brain cancer at the age of 55.  He won the battle two years ago with Lung Cancer and was blessed with two extra years with his family.  Unfortunately, he lost this battle with Brain Cancer on November 7th, 2020; he died at Dixie Regional Medical Center St. George Utah, surround by his family at the time of his death. His twin sister Michelle at his side; they came into this world together, and she was able to assist him leaving this world. 

He was born to Henry Spear and Lois (Ultican) Spear in RedBluff California November 13, 1964 and he survived a blood transfusion coming into this world and he was a fighter from birth.  Michael was a great and loving father to his children and a loving husband to his wife.  He raised his children and helped raise his grandchildren.  He will be dearly missed by his family; the world is a little less bright.

He is survived by his loving family; wife Gloria Newsom Fredonia AZ, their three children, Tiffany Cram of Kanab UT, Troy Spear of West Valley City UT, and Tina Spear of Fredonia AZ.  His grandchildren Addi, Haylen and Brantley Cram, parents Tiffany and Landon Cram son-n-law. Paisley Spear and Aven New (Bubba) parent Tina Spear.  His three sisters, LeeAnn Holderness Hoquaim WA.  Leslie Arrington Delta UT, Michelle Aldrich St. George UT.  His three brothers-in- laws Trent Arrington and Darrell Aldrich, Jim Tice and sister-in-law Debbie Tice from Gold Canyon AZ, Terilyn Canning Alamo NV.  He has a long list of Aunts, Uncles as well as cousins and nieces and nephews who are survived by him.  

His services will be held at the Mosdell Mortuary 676 S US-89A, Kanab, UT. on Saturday November 14, 2020, the viewing will be at 12 PM and funeral services at 1 PM. 

Burial will be in the Fredonia AZ City Cemetery following the services.   In lieu of flowers, donations to help his family cover funeral expenses may be given directly to Mosdell Mortuary on account for him or to his GoFundMe account https://gf.me/u/y7vxf2anything and everything is much appreciated by his family.  Thank you from the Spear and Newsom

    My heart is with all of his family at this time. As one of his aunts I was privileged to be with his mother on the birth of him and his sister. I will be with them all in spirit when he is laid to rest. Angels around the family.
