Maurine Bernice Rowley passed away in Kanab, Utah on October 31, 2022. She was the sixth of fifteen children born to the late Elloid “Doc” and Elsie Morrison on August 27, 1934 in Richfield, Utah.

Maurine loved life and enjoyed her role as mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend to all. She was strong, generous, kind and hardworking. She loved all sorts of activities including dancing, reading, puzzles, games, crafting, especially with her family and friends. She was the Best Mom Ever! The life of the party, and an excellent partner in crime! Maurine took great pride in her 31 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren, and 18 and counting great-greats! She loved all children, and took special note of her many nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her sons Von Del Mason, Michael (Michelle) Mason; and daughters Hope Tait, Diane (Lynn) Smith; brothers Gayle Morrison, Donald (Sherre) Morrison, Lynn (Ruby) Morrison, and sister Joyce Andreasen. She is preceded in death by sons Robert Jolley and Brent Mason.

Memorial services will be held in her honor at Mosdell Mortuary on Friday November 4, 2022 at 1:00pm Utah time.
