Leslie Colleen Glover, 53, of Kanab, Utah, returned to her Heavenly parents on March 5, 2018 in her home after courageously and gracefully beating cancer 3 times over the past 12 years.
She was born July 13, 1964 in Lancaster California. Her family moved to Kanab when she was 9 years old.
Leslie married Danny Varl Glover, August 6, 1983 and added three of her own children to Danny’s first two. Her children were the driving force in her life. She truly loved and enjoyed her family. Leslie taught at Kanab Elementary School for 20 years. She always had a special connection with her students and loved seeing them learn and excel. Leslie loved life and always had a plan and a project in the works. Leslie loved to create beauty in every aspect of her life. Her cabin at Panguitch Lake was her happy place. She loved spending every minute she could there.
Leslie was such a light in so many lives and taught us all how to deal with adversity. She was loved and she loved so many.
She is survived by her husband, Danny, and her children, Coby (Heather) Glover, DaniLynn Glover, Trevor (Sarah) Glover, Sterling (Angie) Glover, Cortni (Brandt) Reese. 13 Grandchildren. Parents: Lynn (Justine) Goodfellow, Pat (Bill) Western. Siblings: Shelli (Sterling) Gardner, Kurt (Joni) Goodfellow, LaVonne (Sean) Crosby, Mark (Monique) Goodfellow, Chad (Eliz) Goodfellow, Cody (Shelley) Goodfellow.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Heather Harrison, and her granddaughter, Jayci Glover.
A funeral service was held Saturday, March 10, 2018 in Kanab, Utah, with burial in the Kanab Cemetery. Arrangements were made with Mosdell Mortuary.
