Larry Elmer Robinson passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 in the Beehive Home in Payson, Utah at the age of 91. Larry was born on November 27, 1934 to Ora Mae Wilden and Elmer Smith Robinson in Kanab, Utah. He was married to Ileene Dallin on February 5, 1952, and They spent over 50 years married. She died March 15, 2003.
As a young boy, Larry loved to run the red hills of Kanab with his younger brother Richard and cousin Lloyd Robinson. He loved camping, fishing, and hunting with family. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, and son. His presence brought comfort, safety, and peace to those around him. He was a kind-hearted man and always there to help others. His favorite place to be was on his farm in Hurricane, Utah. He spent his days working in his garden, orchard, and taking care of his pecan trees. He always had extra projects going, and was rarely idle!
Survivors include his daughters Janice Kephart, Nancy Aquino, and Linda Tuiono; son Raymond Robinson; brother Paul Robinson; sisters Gwen Hughes and Bonnie Jacobsen. He has 13 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren with 3 more on the way.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Mosdell Mortuary in Kanab, with viewing an hour before. Burial will be in the Kanab Cemetery.
