Kevin Jackson

Kevin Ira Jackson, 62, of Fredonia, Arizona, passed away on September 8, 2022, in St. George, Utah He was born on December 11, 1959 in Kanab, Utah, to the late Ira Judd Jackson and Elva Lee Kitchen Jackson. He graduated from Fredonia High school in 1977.

Kevin was an avid hunter and enjoyed watching Football, Baseball, and NASCAR. He played baseball and was on a Tri-City AllStar Team. Kevin enjoyed the outdoors and would always rather be outside than inside. He had great interest in artifacts, sharing in his Mom’s love of finding old bottles and had a beautiful collection. He worked for the Town of Fredonia and spent many hours serving the community. Kevin had a very special bond with animals, spending time with his many beloved pets throughout the years. He always had a dog for a sidekick, from Reo and Blue to Turbo and most recently Darby and Ammo. He took in his mom’s dog Bart after she passed and loved him like his own.

Kevin is survived by his longtime partner, Cassandra Gentry and her 2 sons, two sisters; Sharee (Kenny) Walker, and Salli (Michael) Simmons, and his seven nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held on October 1st, 2022 at10:00 AM (Arizona time) in the Fredonia Cemetery under the direction of Mosdell Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers donations are being accepted for unexpected burial costs.
