Hayward “Jerry” Foreman Gall, Jr., died June 1, 2021 at his home in Kanab, Utah. He was born March 15, 1935in Las Animas, Colorado to Fern and Hayward Foreman Gall Sr. He married Vicki Harrison on March 20, 1970 in Oak Creek, Colorado.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Kanab Cemetery under the direction of Mosdell Mortuary.
