Gerald Spencer was a great man, a wonderful friend, and a loyal son of God. He was (is) a true celestial soul. The spirits in Heaven now share his warm handshake and friendly smile. .
Gerald was a fun person to be around as kids we spent most of our summers in Glendale and enjoyed all of our family and friends. Through the years I tried to keep up with our family but after mother passed I lost track of everyone. Elain Sorensen us to keep me up on family matters until yesterday I had no idea Gerald had passed? His grandson Cody Spencer (Lyn’s son) who works for my son I asked him about his grandparents and that’s when I found out. Gerald was fun to be around and I remember him as Bishop he was always tolerant to us hodalums.
This was kinda funny I thought Gerald was just a family friend at my uncle Elvin’s funeral I found out that Gerald and Elvon were brothers, what a small world. I thought everybody were friends and family I didn’t know the difference when your young.
