Dr. Brad E. Hainsworth, age 85, died May 25, 2021 in Orem, Utah.  He was born October 27, 1935 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Hattie Henrickson and Norman “Ike” Hainsworth.  He married Jacquelin “Jackie” Webster on July 18, 1958.  She died August 20, 2019.  He was a veteran of the US Army during the Korean War.  
 A graveside service was held June 4, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Kanab Utah Cemetery.  Military Honors were performed by American Legion Post 69.  Services were arranged with Mosdell Mortuary.
