Angela Payne Haley, age 59, passed away peacefully at her home in Church Wells, Utah on April 22, 2022.  She was the daughter of Harold T. Payne and Nedra June Tait.  She married Timothy M. Haley on St. Patrick’s Day in Kanab, Utah.  Angela was the proud mother of Joshua (Rebecca), Patrick (Shywon Turk), and James (fiancé Cortney), and the grandmother of Jadelynn & Anthony Turk-Haley, and Hannah Haley.
 Angela was an avid reader, if a book was good enough.  She enjoyed her wildlife (especially her rabbits), the blessings of nature, and her plants. Angela had served in the Arizona National Guard in supplies. She was the baby of her family and loved it.
 Angela was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Nedra, brother Emery T. Payne, and granddaughter Elizabeth Haley.  She is survived by husband Tim; her three sons; her three grandchildren; brothers Courtney Delray Syme and Harold Lamont Payne; sister Nedra Syme Allred; and many nieces and nephews.
 Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM (AZ Time) in the Fredonia Arizona LDS Church, with a viewing from 10:00-10:45 AM (AZ Time).  Burial will be in the Fredonia Arizona Cemetery.  Services were arranged with Mosdell Mortuary.
