Analise Marie Nielsen

Our hearts will be forever broken at the sudden and unexpected loss of our beautiful daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, great-granddaughter, cousin and friend, Analise Marie Nielsen, 18.  Analise was born April 25, 2005, in Cedar City, Utah to Brittany Nicole Nielsen and Travis Wilcken and passed away June 3, 2023, in Kane County, Utah.

Analise was raised in Alton and Orderville, Utah, attended Valley Elementary School and had recently graduated from Valley High School where she was so honored and proud to receive the “I Dare You” Award for her leadership potential and all the efforts she made in her senior year to overcome challenges, for her hard work, and for her character.  Ann also was the recipient of The Mack & Betty Esplin Scholarship, The Utah Tech University Red Cliffs Community Scholarship, The Kane Education Foundation General Scholarship, and The James C. Bonham Memorial Scholarship.  Ann was also selected as an Elks Foundation Student of the Month.

Analise was just beginning to prepare for the next chapter in her young life when she was so sadly taken from us.  Ann and her best friend D’Aundra House had plans to attend Utah Valley University in the fall and were so excited for this new adventure.  Ann had such a sweet, tender heart and loved people so much.  She was a great big sister and role model and kind to everyone she met.  Ann loved her family and friends with all her heart.  She enjoyed participating in theater competition at Valley High.  She didn’t care for the big spotlight but loved to be involved and support her friends.  Ann was very talented and loved to bake, paint, craft and make jewelry.  She loved sunflowers and daisies and was a cowgirl without all the cowgirl stuff.  Ann had a contagious laugh and always gave the best hugs.

Analise is survived by her mother Brittany Nicole Lamb and stepfather Nicholas Lamb, father Travis (Candy) Wilcken, her sisters Athalie, Audree, and Makenzee, and her boyfriend Seth Patrick.  She is also survived by her uncle Chris Nielsen, grandparents Carrie Glaubensklee and Lyle Wilson, Brian and Carol Lamb, Gaylon and Suzan Scott, great-grandfather Richard Chambers, and many half-brothers, cousins, aunts and uncles.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Martin Nielsen, great-grandmother Joy Robertson Chambers, great-grandfather Jim Glaubensklee, uncle William Glaubensklee and cousins Kelly Glaubensklee and Jared Hinkle.

Funeral services will be held in her honor at 12 noon, Saturday, June 10, 2023, at the Orderville LDS Chapel.  A viewing will also be held at the Chapel Friday evening June 9, 2023, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m.  Burial will be at the Orderville Town Cemetery.  Services are under the direction of Mosdell Mortuary, Kanab, Utah.  A Zoom meeting will be available with Meeting ID 94592278638 Passcode 467867 for those unable to attend.

Analise, you are so loved. You will be missed so much. I know there are so many loved ones in heaven that were there to greet you. I am sure they were happy to. Just know there are more here that are going to miss you. You are so loved. There is a big hole in everyone’s heart. There are no amount of words that can be said to explain what a wonderful person you were. The world has lost a wonderful and amazing young woman.
Brittany I am so sorry for the pain you and the girls are going.
