William “Larry” Gibson, died January 4, 2018, at the Beehive Home in Kanab, Utah at the age of 83. Larry was born June 7, 1934 to Mary Bell Farries and William Auston Gibson in Newton, Mississippi.

He loved golfing, spending many hours on the links.  His goal was to be a scratch golfer. He also enjoyed many outdoor activities, such as boating, working in the yard and gardening.  He was an avid movie watcher.

Larry is survived by his daughter Toni Conkle; brother Taylor Gibson; and girlfriend Evie Tabor.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at Mosdell Mortuary. Interment will be in the Kanab Cemetery.
