Sandra (Sandy) Jean Cutsinger, age 76, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021. Sandy was born September 22, 1945 in Santa Fe, NM where she was raised by her mother Beverly McClain. Sandy lived a few of her younger years in New York, where her life was impacted by the Strazza family, who gave her a sense of belonging she had always wanted. She also spent a short time in Kentucky connecting with her paternal family before moving to Phoenix, AZ, where she resided for many years.
As a young adult, she married Guy B. Crary with whom she had a daughter Misty as well as triplet daughters Nataly, Lesly and Stephany. Her second marriage to Richard L. Cutsinger produced twin boys Adam and Brian.
During her life, Sandy raised her children, helped run two businesses and enjoyed working in the hospitality industry, where she retired from Marriott after many years.
Sandy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, puzzles and reading.
Sandy is a 3-time cancer survivor. She taught everyone around her how to persevere with a positive attitude and outlook on life.
Sandy is survived by her daughters Nataly (Karl) Bistline and Stephany Showers, her sons Adam Cutsinger and Brian (Debby) Cutsinger, her grandchildren Dan (Morgan) Lane, Sandy (Dale) Lane, Brittany (Skyler) Bistline, Crystal Bistline, Wyatt Bistline and Braeden Cutsinger and seven great grandchildren with two on the way.
Sandy is preceded in death by her mother Beverly McClain, father James Collier, husband Richard L. Cutsinger, daughters Misty Crary and Lesly Crary and son-in-law Dan Showers.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
