James Franklin, age 70, passed away January 30, 2020 in The Gap, AZ. James was born in The Gap on August 12, 1949 to Steven Tsinnijinnie and Louise Blacksmith.

James is survived by his wife of 50 years, Diane Bailey Franklin and his two sons, James and Jeff Franklin.

A family gathering will be held at a later date.
