Pamela Joy Frandsen of Panguitch, Utah passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at the age of 63 in Panguitch. Pam was born on November 18, 1955 in Flagstaff, Arizona to her parents, Bobby Ray Fulbright and Billie Jean Fulbright (Dunn).  She was the third of four children.  Pam loved horseback riding and ranching; she also loved working with young people and teaching them how to ride horses. Pam had a zeal for life and adventure.  Pam is survived by her husband Elden Frandsen; three sisters, Sheila Fain, Bonnie Nicholes (Lee), Bobbie Fulbright; three children, Cindy Glover, Chance Glover, Chase Glover; five stepchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.  A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019, 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Panguitch Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 550 South 100 West.
