Damian Johnson was born February 12, 1987.  He awakened from the dream of life September 20, 2018.  He was truly and deeply loved by so many.

He is survived by his loving fiancé Chelsea Faber; his beautiful daughter Izabelle Rae Johnson;  his mother Sheila Hatch Bush;  fathers Curt Johnson, Marc Brown and Darrell Bush; in-laws Dr. Bruce and Sherry Faber; brothers Casey Johnson and Shane Brown; sisters Shyla Harris, Danielle Johnson, Roxanne Vissor, Jennifer  Johnson and Jamie Brown;  and his precious nephews Sonny June and Daxtri Dawn Johnson. He was proceeded in death by his niece Aleah Mikayla LaChapelle.

Funeral services are tentatively scheduled for Thursday, September 27th, 2018 at 10:00 am at Mosdell Mortuary, 676 S Highway 89A Kanab Utah.

As we say goodbye with hearts full of sadness… others wave hello with hearts full of gladness.
