Ronnie Lee Holmes, age 69, passed away on December 23, 2019 at Dixie Region Medical Center in St George, UT. He was born on January 18, 1950 in Kanab, Utah to Ora LaFate Holmes and Edith Maxine Morris Holmes.

Ronnie was raised in Fredonia, AZ and spent his whole life there. He graduated high school in 1969 and then joined the Army. When he returned home he went to work at the Kaibab Sawmill for 22 years. He married Doylene Harris on September 18, 1990.

Ronnie enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edith and Ora Holmes and by his beloved wife, Doylene Holmes.

He is survived by his children, Andrea Holmes, Dottie Holmes, and Lavell Jackson; 8 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00PM (noon) on Friday, January 3, 2020 at the Fredonia Cemetery.
